1. Parcel Shipping Rates
• FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99. (Canada wide only)
• Shipping is based on weight 

Shipping Info
• Shipping available with Canada and Globally
• Canada wide shipping through Canada Post Services
• Globally shipping starts off at Canada Post Services then transferred at boarder to location local service.
• Tracking number will be provided by email at time of shipping date.

The below timelines are from Canada Post Services and based off their timeline; Four Elks cannot guarantee shipment by certain day. Timeline does not include processing time. Due to Covid 19 typical timelines have been extended. 

Canada Post Typical Shipping (timeline shown is not during Covid 19 guidlines):
• Southwestern Ontario ~ 2-3 Business Days
• Remainder Ontario ~ 3-4 Business Days
• Urban Areas in Provinces of Canada ~ up to 7 Business Days
• Remainder of Canada ~ up to 12 Business Days
• Shipping to USA ~ up to 7 Business Days
• Globally ~ up to 12 Business Days


2. Local Porch Drop Off

*During Checkout $4 Local Porch Drop Off is displayed as an option for eligible orders.

A. Local Porch Drop Off is for LONDON AREA ONLY
B. Local Porch Drop Off is for orders over $40 or higher, pre-tax.
YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WHEN SELECTING LOCAL PORCH DROP OFF

a. Your order will NOT be mailed
b. Your order will be dropped of al your home during the specified drop off day. We will choose the safest place to leave it. You will be notified by email with confirmation of drop off and photo proof.
c. Only the specified drop of day is available. We will postponed 1-2 days incase of bad weather. 


3. Market Pick Up

* During checkout, you can use FREE pick-up option - it is displayed as an alternative shipping option. 
YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING WHEN SELECTING PICK UP AS OPTION AT CHECKOUT.

1. Your order will not be shipped.
2. Your order must be pick up in person during THE STORE hours. Saturday 8am-3pm & Sunday 10am-2pm
3. Your order will be packed in our biodegradable bags and not wrapped, boxed or packaged.

Picking Up Your Order At THE STORE in The Market:
A. Orders placed before Saturday 8am will be available for pick up Saturday 8am-3pm & Sunday 10am-2pm. 
B. Orders Placed DURING The Store hours (Sat. 8am-3pm & Sun. 10am-2pm) will be generally perpared within 10 minutes for pickups at your convience during The Store Hours.
C. You must provide Name, Order Number, and provide email confirmation to pick up order, if requested.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@fourelks.ca. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are subjected to the below policy conditions. 

Returns/Exchanges

A.  Must be returned to Four Elks by 30 days of the original purchase date.
B.  Product must have not been worn, washed, and/or altered.
C.  The product must be in salable condition with all original  tags attached.
D.   Item must be sent back clean, without odours, free of animal hair and other debris.
E.  All returns must have written request of return including customer identification.   
F.  We are not responsible for shipment charges.
