Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges

A.  Must be returned to Four Elks by 30 days of the original purchase date.
B.  Product must have not been worn, washed, and/or altered.
C.  The product must be in salable condition with all original  tags attached.
D.   Item must be sent back clean, without odours, free of animal hair and other debris.
E.  All returns must have written request of return including customer identification.  
F.  We are not responsible for shipment charges.   

All Headwear are final sale.
All items that are on sale, discounted, or discontinued are final sale.

Four Elks has the right to refuse  any return or exchange if returned items are damaged or unsellable. Exchange item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received.
