About Four Elks

 Where can I purchase Four Elks products?

You can shop online here.

You can visit our booth every Saturday from 8am to 3pm. Located at The Market at the Western Fair District (900 King Street East in London, Ontario, Canada).

To find our Booth at the Market we are on the second floor above the main entrance across from Lamps & Shades and beside Suzy RW Sharpening. Look for our Elk Antlers and you'll spot us.


We frequently travel all over Southwestern Ontario! Catch us during one of our ourdoor tradeshows, or at one of your favourite country festivals or London based events. Check out our Events page to see out upcoming shows.

Where are your products manufactured?

The majority of Four Elks products are Proudly Canadian Made. Some of our items coming right here from London, Ontario & Toronto, Ontario. 

Who designs your product?

All of our designs are created in house by our founder Lisa Dawson.


General FAQs

    Shipping

 How long do items usually take to ship?

Items are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email she your items are ready to ship.

Local orders (ie. London) are usually arrive with 1-2 business days after their dispatched. Other local towns and cities can expect their items to arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch. 

All other Canadian-wide orders can expect their orders with 5-7 business days after dispatch. 

Where do you ship to?

Anywhere with a valid mailing address. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on package weight/size and shipping location.

 What type of payment do you accept? 

Farmers Market: Cash and Credit Card (ei. Master Card, Visa and American Express)

Online: Credit Card (ei. Master Card, Visa and American Express)

 

   Returns & Exchanges

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at info@fourelks.ca. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are subjected to the below policy conditions. 

Returns

•   Must be returned to Four Elks by 30 days of the original purchase date.

•   Product must have not been worn, washed, and/or altered.

•   The product must be in salable condition with all original  tags attached.

•   Item must be sent back clean, without odours, free of animal hair and other debris.

•   All returns must have written request of return including customer identification.    

•   We are not responsible for shipment charges.   

•   Headwear are final sale.                     

Exchanges

•   Must be returned to Four Elks by 30 days of the original purchase date.

•   Product must have not been worn, washed,and/or altered.

•   The product must be in salable conditions with all tags attached.

•   Item must be sent back clean, without odour, free of animal hair and other debris.

•   All exchanges must have written request of return including customer identification.   

•   We are not responsible for shipment charges. 

•   Headwear are final sale.

•   All Earrings are final sale.

Four Elks has the right to refuse  any return or exchange if returned items are damaged or unsellable. Exchange item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received.
