Shipping to the United States
At this time, we are temporarily pausing shipments to the United States due to recent changes in shipping costs and import tariffs that have significantly increased delivery expenses.
We’re actively exploring more affordable and reliable options to serve our U.S. customers again in the future.
Orders within Canada remain unaffected and continue to ship as usual.
We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work to improve our cross-border shipping process.

1. Parcel Shipping
We offer Free Shipping across Canada on orders over $150 CAD. Shipping fees apply on orders under $150 CAD.
Shipping rates for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout and are based on package weight and destination.
*Free shipping does not apply to items that are on sale or cowboy boots
We only ship within Canada now. If no shipping options appear at checkout, kindly contact us at info@fourelks.ca for assistance.
We aim to send your order out on the same or next day, ensuring you receive your shipment between 1 and 10 days. Tracking numbers provided for all orders, with possible signature on delivery.
Shipping Information
- Shipping is available within Canada and internationally.
- Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Services.
- International shipments begin with Canada Post and are transferred at the border to your local postal carrier.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Approximate Shipping Times
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or postal volume.
The timelines below are provided by Canada Post as general guidance.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
While most parcels arrive within regular timelines, occasional delays may occur — especially during holidays or peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Typical Canada Post Delivery Estimates
- Southwestern Ontario: 4–5 business days
- Rest of Ontario: 5–6 business days
- Urban areas in other provinces: up to 9 business days
- Remote or northern regions: up to 12 business days
- United States: Temporarily unavailable
- International: up to 14 business days
2. Local Porch Drop-Off (London Area Only)
- Available at checkout for $4, on orders $55 or higher (before tax).
- Orders are delivered directly to your home on the next scheduled drop-off day.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with photo proof once your order has been delivered.
- Deliveries may be postponed by 3-4 days in case of inclement weather.
By selecting Local Porch Drop-Off, you agree to the following:
- Your order will not be mailed.
- Delivery will occur on the scheduled drop-off day.
- Four Elks will leave your package in the safest available location.
3. Market Pick-Up (The Market at Western Fair District)
During checkout, you can select the FREE Market Pick-Up option.
By selecting Market Pick-Up, you agree to the following:
- Your order will not be shipped.
- You must pick up your order in person during The Store hours:
- Saturday: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Orders are packed in biodegradable bags (not boxed or gift-wrapped).
Pick-Up Schedule:
- Orders placed before Saturday at 10 a.m. → Ready for pick-up Saturday 10 a.m.–3 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Orders placed during store hours → Typically ready within 10 minutes.
- Please bring your name, order number, and email confirmation when picking up your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@fourelks.ca within 30 days of your purchase date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be clean, free of odours, pet hair, and debris.
- Include a written request for return/exchange and your contact information inside the parcel.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Additional Notes
Four Elks reserves the right to refuse any return if items are damaged or unsellable.
Exchange item availability cannot be guaranteed at the time your return is received.
